We are two cousins from a small town in the heart of Europe.
No rich parents. No special connections. No shortcut waiting for us. Just two kids with big
dreams, sitting on a curb somewhere, talking for hours about the life we were going to have
one day. The places we’d go. The freedom we’d have. The things we’d build.
We believed almost anything was possible. Because nobody had convinced us otherwise
yet.
Then life happened.
We grew up, and the world got quieter about what was possible and louder about what was
“realistic.” Play it safe. Get a normal job. Pay your taxes. Wait for the right moment.
So we waited.
And waited.
We spent years wanting more while quietly promising ourselves that someday we’d finally
start. And somewhere in there, without ever noticing the exact moment it happened, we
almost became the people who used to tell us to be realistic.
Someday never came.
What came instead was burnout. Frustration. A specific kind of stuck that’s hard to explain
to someone who hasn’t felt it. Not because our lives were terrible. Not because we weren’t
grateful. But because some part of us had always known we were capable of more than
what we were actually living — and that gap between the two doesn’t sit quietly. It follows
you into every quiet moment. Every ceiling stared at in the dark. Every “next month will be
different” that quietly wasn’t.
Maybe you know that feeling too.
We know it because we lived inside it for longer than we’d like to admit. Then one day, we
asked ourselves a question that we couldn’t shake afterward:
If a stranger watched our daily routine, would they believe the goals we said we had?
That answer hurt. But some truths are supposed to hurt on the way to being useful.Because here’s what we eventually understood: most people aren’t actually trapped by their
circumstances, their family, their job, or the country they were born in. They’re trapped by
one quiet, repeated sentence — “the right moment isn’t here yet.”
So we’re going to tell you the same thing we had to tell ourselves.
Nobody is coming to save you. But that also means nobody is coming to stop you either.
That realization is what actually changed things. Not motivation — that came and went the
way it always does. What changed things was that we stopped waiting and started learning,
obsessively, for years. Mindset. Human behavior. Psychology. Sales. Business. Negotiation.
Anything we could get our hands on.
We spent money we couldn’t really afford to lose. We bought the wrong courses. We
followed advice that wasted our time. We got things wrong more than we got them right, for
longer than either of us expected.
And somewhere in all of that, we noticed something almost nobody talks about directly:
most courses teach the symptoms, never the cause. They hand you strategies while
quietly ignoring the one thing that decides whether you’ll ever actually use them — your own
mind, and the patterns already running it without your permission.
That’s the gap we kept falling into. So that’s exactly what we built The Hidden Game to
close.
Not another source of motivation. Motivation was never the problem — it was always
temporary, for us and for everyone else who ever relied on it. What actually changes a life is
understanding. Discipline. Choosing what your future self needs, on the days your current
self doesn’t feel like it.
We didn’t write these books from theory. We wrote them from every wrong turn, every
wasted month, every moment we almost gave up on the version of ourselves we used to
believe in as kids — until, piece by piece, that version stopped being a fantasy and started
being who we actually were.
The best part was never the money. It was waking up one day and realizing the kids we used
to be would finally be proud of who we’d become.
If you’ve ever looked in the mirror and thought I know I’m meant for more than this — you
already understand exactly what this is about.
This isn’t about becoming someone new. It’s about becoming who you were before fear, other people’s opinions, and a hundred quiet “not yets” got in the way. That version of you is
still in there. Waiting. Not for perfect conditions — those never come. Just for you to stop
waiting on them.
If you don’t start, nothing changes.
If you start, everything can.
